A while back there were rumors that the PSP will get a new piece of accessory that will be more helpful than fun. A GPS enabled attachment that will allow you to turn the PSP into a GPS navigator. It is not farfetched to assume that soon games will come out to use this new feature.
In fact there are already games out that will use GPS to play like “Minna no Golf-jou,” “Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops,” “Planetarium Creator Ohira Takayuki Kanshuu: Home Star Portable,” and “Navigation Soft.” There is no word on how much the GPS service will cost, but it will be about $60.00 USD for the accessory.
It is nice to see that devices are being more and more of other stuff than just what it was meant for, but it would be better if it was put inside the device instead of an extension.
