NTT DoCoMo F902iS
 Here is another phone coming out under the NTT DoCoMo service from Japan. Of course the functions of the feature packed FOMA F902iS should not be surprising at all. FOMA, officially short for Freedom of Mobile Multimedia Access, is the brand name for the 3G services being offered by Japanese mobile phone operator NTT DoCoMo. The handset which is 3G compatible is able to operate on FOMA bands of 2 Ghz (latest) and the earlier 1 Ghz. This is in addition to the 800 Mhz band.The camera is a 3.2 megapixel lens, which comes with an anti-blurring software based feature. This is similar to what its predecessor had - The NTT DoCoMo N902i. The F902iS has a miniSD card to be able to store more images. They are stored in JPEG format. Another cool feature of the F902iS is ability to use fingerprint identification for added security. In fact, till recently, handsets which offered this ability allowed users to go in for either password based protection or fingerprint based security. Since the F902iS comes after enough testing of this system, once again thanks to its predecessor; the user is only allowed fingerprint locking mechanism. The dimension of the NTT DoCoMo F902iS is 107x50x19.7 mm and it weighs approximately 120 grams. This phone also pack a set of multimedia, the handset supports WMA, which is a direct benefit for Windows user because they do not need to install any extra software to transfer music onto their computers. The connection with computers is through the bundled USB based cable. The clamshell design of the F902iS means that it has dual displays. The external one is monochrome with a blue backlight and is sufficient only for showing the signal strength / battery strength , missed calls and messages. The keys for playing music are on the top side as well and are lit by bright LED's as shown in the accompanying pictures.
