Augmented Reality Phones
 Here is the new generation of mobile gaming. Siemens and Nokia are the pioneer of this technology. It is called Augmented Reality (AR), and it is similar to the technology you would see in video arcade store where you are part of the game being played. The picture on the right show how you can play soccer on your phone using your leg to kick the ball.This soccer game is being demostrated with Siemens phones, and it is great timing because of the current soccer tournament that the world is watching. This game, called Kick Real, enables the user to track their own foot in a shot against the virtual goalie. There is also a video demostration on youTube of two nokia users playing table tennis. You can find the video here. Although it is slow, it is a pretty cool thing to do with your phone. Remember when the bluetooth headset is first introduce and when you see someone talking on it, it looks funny because it looks like they are talking to themselves if you cannot see the headset?
