Fujifilm introduced its latest camera for the professionals today called the IS Pro. It is based on the FinePix S3 Pro UVIR and IS-1 infrared digital cameras, and of course will have some of the same functionality, also has new features.
Here are the features:

- Compatible with Nikon F mount lenses and Nikon iTTL flash systems
- Comes in multiple kits for different needs
- Live Image CCD Preview
- Post Capture Face Detection
- UV and IR Filters
- Upgradable firmware to improve workflow
- Ability to capture barcode information into picture
There are of course a lot more features and specs, but those are the highlights. The IS Pro is aimed at “technical, law enforcement, medical research and scientific communities.” With that said, the prices for the IS Pro along with the various kits ranges from $2,600.00 USD to $5,000.00 USD.
